Chase and Jennifer attribute much of their success to the exceptional team of individuals with whom they are fortunate to work. The talent and expertise of their assistants make it possible to bring out the best in every horse. They are deeply grateful for each person involved. From the owners and trainers to the barn staff, veterinarians, and farriers, their team consists of some of the most hardworking and committed professionals in the industry.
Kelly Cleveland has served as an assistant to Chase and Jennifer for the past four years. She brings a diverse skill set, including farm management, hauling, horse care, riding, and lesson instruction. She has a strong passion for starting young horses and oversees many of the behind-the-scenes details both at home and at shows. Her contributions play an integral role in their continued success.
Jessica Spilman has been an assistant to Chase and Jennifer for the past two years. Her primary expertise lies in trail, and she is also highly skilled in horsemanship, equitation, and western riding. She adds valuable depth and versatility to the program, creating additional opportunities for each horse to excel.
Danielle Mego has been a part-time assistant for the past three years. She specializes in starting young horses, as well as western pleasure, hunter under saddle, and western riding. She supports the program part-time during the Florida season and assists at most major shows, all while successfully managing her own training business based in Florida.
